The Water Express was envisioned when it was recognized that a local, premier water distributor in Chillicothe and its surrounding areas was needed. The Water Express was founded by a group of family members who have a history of business, organizational knowledge and experience in the Chillicothe area and in the beverage industry. The Water Express has chosen to partner with Distillata, also an Ohio based family-owned company, who have over 100 years in the water distribution business.
